General Shipping Policy
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate Slabmags for the cost of order processing, packaging, delivery, and related overhead.
As of this date, our standard domestic shipping rate is $150 per order. Shipping rates are subject to change at any time without notice to reflect increased carrier rates, materials costs, or fuel surcharges.
We currently ship only within the United States. Any orders shipped to freight forwarding companies or freight forwarding addresses are considered final sales. Once an order is delivered to a freight forwarder, Slabmags is released from all responsibility and liability for loss, damage, non-delivery, or fraud.
Most orders are shipped from our Distribution Center via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Items ordered together may arrive in separate packages.
If an order experiences a significant delay or backorder, customers will be notified via email. For all inquiries, please contact our Customer Service team at cs@slabmags.com or call 1-800-893-3006.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Please allow up to two (2) full business days for order processing before shipment.Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, product launches, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.
Freight (LTL) shipments and oversized orders may require additional handling time.
Transit and Delivery Estimates
All transit and delivery times provided by Slabmags are estimates only. Actual delivery times vary depending on carrier performance, weather, customs delays, natural disasters, and other circumstances beyond our control.
We do not guarantee specific delivery dates and are not responsible for delays once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
Expedited shipping options may be available upon request; however, delivery timelines are not guaranteed and depend entirely on carrier performance.
Once tracking information is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery progress and ensure that someone is available to receive the package.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun or the order has shipped.
To request a cancellation before shipment, please call 1-800-893-3006 or email cs@slabmags.com immediately after placing your order. Email requests are reviewed in the order received but are not guaranteed to be processed before shipment. Prompt communication increases the likelihood that we can intercept and cancel your order in time.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:Any order returned or undeliverable due to incorrect address information will incur an $11 re-shipment fee, in addition to the original shipping charge.
- Refused Deliveries:Orders refused upon delivery or marked undeliverable will be treated as returns and may incur restocking and re-shipping fees.
Backorders and Partial Shipments
If an item is on backorder, you will be notified via email. You may choose to wait for restock, request store credit, or cancel that portion of your order.
To avoid unnecessary delays, Slabmags may ship available items separately and fulfill remaining items when stock becomes available.
Risk of Loss and Carrier Liability
All shipments become the customer’s property and responsibility once the package is accepted by the carrier.
Slabmags is not liable for loss, delay, damage, theft, or non-delivery occurring after the carrier has taken possession of the package. Claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.
Shipments to freight forwarding addresses are not covered by any loss, damage, or delivery claims once marked as delivered to the forwarding location.
Force Majeure and Unforeseen Delays
Slabmags shall not be held liable for delays, delivery failures, or inability to fulfill an order resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, or fire
- Labor strikes or transportation disruptions
- Global or regional supply chain interruptions
- Carrier service suspensions or lost packages
- Governmental restrictions, customs delays, or emergencies
- Acts of God or unforeseen operational disruptions
In such events, Slabmags reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel shipments without liability.
