At Slabmags, we take pride in delivering premium products and professional service. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness while protecting our company and customers from misuse or fraudulent claims. By placing an order through www.Slabmags.com, you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly from www.Slabmags.com with a valid order number.
- Orders placed through dealers, distributors, retail stores, card shows, or third-party marketplaces (including eBay, Amazon, or independent resellers) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund through Slabmags.com.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date by contacting cs@slabmags.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA).
- Once an RMA is issued, the returned item must be shipped within 7 days and received by Slabmags within 14 days of RMA issuance.
- Returns received outside this window will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense, with no refund issued.
- A valid tracking number must be provided for all return shipments. Returns sent without tracking will not be processed.
- Final sale, custom, promotional, sample, or limited-edition items are not eligible for return or refund.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for return consideration:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all inserts and protective film.
- Returned items must be in new, resalable condition - free from wear, damage, or modification.
- Items showing any signs of use, tampering, residue, or wear will be refused and shipped back at the customer's expense.
Slabmags reserves the right to inspect all returns and deny any refund if there is evidence of use, alteration, or abuse of this policy.
Returns for Change of Mind
We understand that circumstances change. However, to maintain product integrity:
- Returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse are accepted only within the timeframes above and only if the product remains unopened and unused.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns Related to Order Issues
If you believe there is an issue with your order (e.g., item missing, incorrect shipment, or damaged in transit):
- Contact cs@slabmags.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will review the information and determine next steps.
- If verified, Slabmags may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
Please note that items damaged by improper handling, modification, or customer misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
Processing times vary based on your payment provider.
Refunds will exclude shipping fees and applicable restocking charges.
Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse
To protect our company and community:
- Slabmags reserves the right to refuse or block returns suspected of abuse, product swapping, or fraudulent activity.
- Multiple or repeated returns without valid reason may result in account restriction or purchase denial.
- Returns received outside the authorized return window, without an RMA, or without valid tracking will not be accepted and are not eligible for refund.
- Returns with mismatched items, altered packaging, or missing components will be immediately denied.
We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent or dishonest return behavior.
Promotional, Gift, and Sample Items
Promotional items, samples, or gifts provided at no charge are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
These items are distributed as-is and excluded from all customer service or replacement coverage.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging return shipments to prevent damage during transit.
- Slabmags is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged returns during shipping.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where Slabmags determines an order error occurred.
No Warranty Disclaimer
Slabmags does not offer a product warranty.
Our responsibility is limited to resolving verified order or shipment issues reported within the stated timeframe.
Beyond that period, all sales are considered final.
