Slabswork LLC Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Slabswork LLC Affiliate Program ("Program"). By enrolling, maintaining an affiliate account, or promoting any Slabswork LLC product, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by this Agreement and any future updates posted on www.slabmags.com.

Slabswork LLC may update, modify, suspend, or terminate the Program. Material changes will be posted on www.slabmags.com and, where practical, sent to the email address on file. Continued participation after an update is posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the Program is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with this Agreement.

Slabswork LLC may approve, suspend, or remove any Affiliate at its sole discretion, including for inactivity, misconduct, or violation of these terms.

Affiliates must be 18 years or older and comply with all applicable advertising, tax, and consumer protection laws.

3. Acceptance of Updated Terms

Affiliates must accept the most current version of this Agreement to access their account. Affiliates who cannot access their account may request payouts by emailing cs@slabmags.com, subject to the deadlines in Sections 6 and 18.

4. Affiliate Code Usage

Each Affiliate is issued a unique referral link or discount code. These are:

• Intended for individual use and one-time redemption per customer;
• Not to be shared on coupon sites, resale platforms, or mass-distribution channels;
• Subject to deactivation if misused, leaked, or associated with fraudulent or unethical behavior.

Qualifying products only. Affiliate codes and referral discounts apply only to qualifying products. Not all products qualify for discounts. Products that do not qualify include, but are not limited to, sale or clearance items, bundles, and items marked as excluded from promotions on www.slabmags.com. Whether a product qualifies is shown at checkout, and Slabswork LLC may change which products qualify at any time. Affiliates must not represent that their code applies to all products.

Slabswork LLC may invalidate or reverse commissions generated through misuse, self-referrals, or prohibited marketing channels.

All affiliate codes and referral links will be deactivated at the end of November 29, 2026, as described in Section 18.

5. Commissions & Payout

Commissions are calculated on net completed sales of qualifying products only, after returns, cancellations, and chargebacks. Products that do not qualify under Section 4 do not earn commission, even when purchased in the same order. Every commission is held for 30 days after a verified sale to account for customer returns, cancellations, chargebacks, and fraud review. Commissions become payable only after the 30-day hold period ends, and commissions on orders returned, cancelled, or charged back during the hold are reversed.

Payouts are:

• Made to approved Affiliates in good standing;
• Requested through the affiliate dashboard or cash-out page, or by emailing cs@slabmags.com;
• Issued by an approved payment method once requested.

Slabswork LLC may audit, adjust, or revoke commissions to prevent fraud, double-crediting, or system error.

6. Inactivity & Balance Expiration

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining account access, monitoring balances, and requesting payouts.

• Unclaimed commissions expire 6 months from the date they are earned.
• Accounts with no login or sales activity for 6 consecutive months may be closed.
• Once an account is closed, unclaimed commissions are no longer payable under the Program, except as required by law.

During the Program wind-down, the payout deadlines in Section 18 apply to all balances and control over this Section.

7. Termination

Slabswork LLC may terminate, suspend, or remove any affiliate account, including for:

• Code or referral abuse;
• Misrepresentation of Slabswork LLC products;
• Inactivity for more than 6 months;
• Violation of these terms or community standards;
• Conduct harmful to the brand or other affiliates.

Commissions generated through fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms are forfeited on termination. For any other termination, the Affiliate may request earned, eligible commissions within 30 days of the termination notice.

8. Brand & Intellectual Property Use

Affiliates may use approved Slabmags® brand assets solely for promotional purposes authorized under this Program. All trademarks, imagery, copy, and designs remain the exclusive property of Slabswork LLC.

Affiliates may not alter logos, create derivative designs, or present themselves as employees, agents, or partners of Slabswork LLC. Unauthorized use, imitation, or modification of Slabswork LLC intellectual property will result in immediate termination and may lead to legal action. Permission to use brand assets ends on November 29, 2026.

9. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates must promote Slabswork LLC ethically and accurately. Prohibited behavior includes:

• False or exaggerated product claims, including claiming a code applies to products that do not qualify;
• Spam, automated traffic, or misleading links;
• Misuse of discount codes or self-referrals;
• Posting affiliate codes on coupon or resale sites;
• Defamatory or misleading statements about Slabswork LLC.

Violations may result in termination, forfeiture of commissions generated through the violation, and possible legal recourse.

10. Limitation of Liability

Slabswork LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.

The maximum aggregate liability of Slabswork LLC shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate in the 90 days preceding any claim. Affiliates participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with their marketing activities.

11. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of Slabswork LLC. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, and legal obligations. This Agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

12. Taxes & Reporting

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on commissions earned. Slabswork LLC may require a completed IRS Form W-9 (U.S.) or W-8BEN (non-U.S.) before payment. Failure to provide required documentation may delay payouts.

13. Closed Accounts

Slabswork LLC may close accounts after 6 months of inactivity, on termination, or when the Program is paused under Section 18. Once an account is closed:

• Account data may not be recoverable;
• Codes and referral links are permanently deactivated;
• Commissions not requested by the applicable deadline are no longer payable under the Program, except as required by law.

14. Communication & Conduct Standards

Affiliates agree to communicate professionally and respectfully. All disputes, concerns, payout requests, and support requests must be directed to cs@slabmags.com.

Publicly posting false, misleading, or harmful statements about Slabswork LLC may result in permanent removal and legal action.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Affiliates waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit.

16. Superseding Agreement

This Agreement supersedes all prior affiliate-related contracts, agreements, or informal understandings. Balances earned under prior versions of these terms remain subject to the payout deadlines in Sections 6 and 18.

17. Acceptance

By logging in to your affiliate dashboard, promoting any Slabswork LLC product, or earning commissions after the Effective Date, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

18. Temporary Program Pause & Wind-Down

Slabswork LLC is relocating its headquarters from California to Texas, moving to a new fulfillment partner, and selling through its remaining California inventory. Because of this move and limited inventory, the Program will be temporarily paused on November 29, 2026 while Slabswork LLC transitions to Texas. The current Program, including all current affiliate codes and referral links, ends on that date. The www.slabmags.com website will continue to accept regular customer orders through December 10, 2026.

Codes and dashboard. Affiliate codes and referral links remain active through November 29, 2026, on qualifying products only (see Section 4), and are deactivated at the end of that day. Orders placed after November 29, 2026 do not earn commission. The affiliate dashboard will be shut down after final payouts are issued.

Payout request deadline. To receive commissions under the Program, Affiliates must submit a payout request through the cash-out page (reached by logging in to the affiliate account) or by emailing cs@slabmags.com on or before November 29, 2026. A single request covers the Affiliate's current balance and all commissions earned on qualifying sales made through November 29, 2026. Affiliates who do not wish to accept these updated terms may still submit a payout request by email.

Complete payout requests. A payout request is complete when the Affiliate has (1) confirmed their name, email, and affiliate code; (2) provided a valid payout method and payment details; (3) provided a completed IRS Form W-9 (U.S.) or W-8BEN (non-U.S.) if one is not already on file; and (4) submitted the request through the cash-out page at [cash-out page URL] or by email to cs@slabmags.com. Requests must be complete by November 29, 2026. If a request submitted by the deadline is missing information, Slabswork LLC will reply to the Affiliate's email on file, and the Affiliate will have until December 6, 2026 to complete it.

Return hold period. As described in Section 5, every commission is held for 30 days after the sale to account for customer returns, cancellations, and chargebacks. The hold on the final qualifying sales made on November 29, 2026 ends on December 29, 2026. Commissions on orders that are returned, cancelled, or charged back during the hold period are reversed and are not paid.

Final payout. After the hold period ends, Affiliates who submitted a payout request by November 29, 2026 will receive one final payment of all eligible commissions by December 30, 2026, subject to Sections 5 and 12. No further request is needed.

Unclaimed balances. Commissions for Affiliates who did not submit a payout request by November 29, 2026 will be forfeited and are no longer payable under the Program, except as required by applicable law.

Notice. Slabswork LLC will send notice of this pause to the email address on file for each Affiliate and post it on www.slabmags.com.

New website from January 1, 2027. Beginning January 1, 2027, www.slabmags.com will relaunch with a new fulfillment partner. The new website will not accept current affiliate codes or referral links.

Relaunch. Once operations are established with the new fulfillment partner in Texas and additional inventory is available, Slabswork LLC intends to work with that partner to relaunch an affiliate program and invite current Affiliates to rejoin. Current affiliate codes, balances, and commissions will not carry over to any relaunched program. Any relaunched program will be governed by new terms, and participation in this Program does not guarantee enrollment.
