1. INTRODUCTION
These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Slabswork LLC Affiliate Program (“Program”). By enrolling, maintaining an affiliate account, or promoting any Slabswork LLC product, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by this Agreement and any future updates posted on www.slabmags.com.
Slabswork LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Participation in the Program is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with this Agreement.
Slabswork LLC may approve, suspend, or remove any Affiliate at its sole discretion for any reason, including inactivity, misconduct, or violation of these terms.
Affiliates must be 18 years or older and comply with all applicable advertising, tax, and consumer protection laws.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF UPDATED TERMS
All Affiliates — active or inactive — must accept the most current version of this Agreement to access their account or request payments.
Failure to accept updated terms may result in account suspension or permanent deletion, and any unclaimed balances may be forfeited.
4. AFFILIATE CODE USAGE
Each Affiliate is issued a unique referral link or discount code. These are:
- Intended for individual use and one-time redemption per customer;
- Not to be shared on coupon sites, resale platforms, or mass-distribution channels; and
- Subject to deactivation if misused, leaked, or associated with fraudulent or unethical behavior.
Slabswork LLC reserves the right to invalidate or reverse commissions generated through misuse, self-referrals, or prohibited marketing channels.
5. COMMISSIONS & PAYOUT
Commissions are calculated on net completed sales only (after returns, cancellations, or chargebacks).
Eligible commissions become payable 30 days after a verified sale to allow for fraud and return review periods.
Payouts are:
- Made only to active, approved Affiliates in good standing;
- Processed through the official affiliate dashboard; and
- Issued only upon Affiliate request via approved payment method.
Slabswork LLC reserves the right to audit, adjust, or revoke commissions to prevent fraud, double-crediting, or system error.
6. INACTIVITY & BALANCE EXPIRATION
Affiliates are responsible for maintaining account access, monitoring balances, and requesting payouts.
- Unclaimed commissions expire 6 months from the date they are earned.
- Inactive accounts (no login or sales activity for 6 consecutive months) are subject to automatic closure and permanent balance forfeiture.
- Once an account is closed or deleted, all data and unpaid commissions are permanently void and will not be reinstated.
Slabswork LLC has no obligation to notify inactive affiliates or pay commissions from expired or deleted accounts.
7. TERMINATION
Slabswork LLC may terminate, suspend, or remove any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:
- Code or referral abuse;
- Misrepresentation of Slabswork LLC products;
- Inactivity for more than 6 months;
- Violation of these terms or community standards; or
- Conduct harmful to the brand or other affiliates.
Upon termination, all unpaid commissions are automatically forfeited.
Slabswork LLC is not obligated to provide advance notice or justification for termination.
8. BRAND & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY USE
Affiliates may use approved Slabmags® brand assets solely for promotional purposes authorized under this Program.
All trademarks, imagery, copy, and designs remain the exclusive property of Slabswork LLC.
Affiliates may not alter logos, create derivative designs, or present themselves as employees, agents, or partners of Slabswork LLC.
Unauthorized use, imitation, or modification of Slabswork LLC intellectual property will result in immediate termination and may lead to legal action.
9. AFFILIATE CONDUCT
Affiliates must promote Slabswork LLC ethically and accurately. Prohibited behavior includes:
- False or exaggerated product claims;
- Spam, automated traffic, or misleading links;
- Misuse of discount codes or self-referrals;
- Posting affiliate codes on coupon or resale sites;
- Defamatory or misleading statements about Slabswork LLC.
Violations may result in termination, forfeiture of commissions, and possible legal recourse.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Slabswork LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.
The maximum aggregate liability of Slabswork LLC shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate in the 90 days preceding any claim.
Affiliates participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with their marketing activities.
11. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of Slabswork LLC.
Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, and legal obligations.
This Agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
12. TAXES & REPORTING
Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on commissions earned.
Slabswork LLC may require a completed IRS Form W-9 (U.S.) or W-8BEN (non-U.S.) prior to payment.
Failure to provide the required documentation may delay or void payouts.
13. INACTIVE OR DELETED ACCOUNTS
Slabswork LLC reserves the right to permanently delete accounts after 6 months of inactivity.
Once deleted:
- All unpaid or pending commissions are void;
- Account data cannot be recovered;
- Affiliates cannot retroactively claim commissions or reactivation rights.
Any attempt to access a deleted account or claim prior earnings will be denied.
This rule applies retroactively to all accounts closed before October 30, 2025.
14. COMMUNICATION & CONDUCT STANDARDS
Affiliates agree to communicate professionally and respectfully.
All disputes, concerns, or support requests must be directed to partnerships@slabmags.com.
Publicly posting false, misleading, or harmful statements about Slabswork LLC may result in permanent removal, legal action, and forfeiture of all unpaid earnings.
15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Affiliates waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit.
16. SUPERSEDING AGREEMENT
This Agreement supersedes all prior affiliate-related contracts, agreements, or informal understandings.
All previous affiliate balances, communications, or promises made before October 30, 2025 are null and void unless expressly confirmed in writing by Slabswork LLC.
17. ACCEPTANCE
By logging in to your affiliate dashboard, promoting any Slabswork LLC product, or earning commissions on or after October 30, 2025, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.
